This memorandum is prepared by the Caucus on Disability Rights Advocacy (CDRA) and the United Disabled Persons of Kenya (UDPK). CDRA is a coalition of organizations of and for persons with disabilities which seeks to promote the interests of persons with disabilities in terms of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.

 The memorandum was submitted in response to the National Assembly invitation for public participation in the legislative process on the Persons with Disabilities Bill, 2022
